Shipping Questions
1. Are you shipping with Canada Post?
At this time, we are not shipping with Canada Post due to the latest postal strikes. To ensure your orders are delivered quickly and reliably, we are using alternative shipping providers. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this situation.
2. What shipping options do you offer?
We partner with reliable shipping providers to ensure quick delivery and offer flat-rate $10 shipping fees. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping—check our Shipping Policy page for details.
3. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. We aim to ship within 48 hours of an order being placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information for updates.

Mostly. All of our products—except for our original formula deodorants—are 100% vegan and contain no animal-derived ingredients.

Absolutely. Our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If you have concerns, we recommend testing a small area first.
12. What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of approximately 12 months (or 3 months after opening). To ensure freshness, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
